    Everyone with an active Maintenance Subscription can log into the Partner Portal. The Portal stores all of your client branding and customization information, accessible from anywhere for you to edit and download. You can distribute the links to your installers for your customers to download.

    Login

    Log in with the email address we have on file for you, and the serial number of your RBS Server. If you have more than one serial number, you can log into more than one account. Your password is initially set to your serial number. You can change it after you log in.

    File Sharing

    Upload and store files to share with your other devices or with your customers. You get 2GB of free storage space.

    Graphics Conversion Tool

    Use this handy online tool to convert graphics for branding your Client installer. Upload your source graphics, and the tool will convert them to icons and splash screens. Follow the instructions on screen. After you have converted your graphics, you can download them, or you can copy them into your Portal Account's online installer files.

    Client Customization

    The Client Customization tool is an advanced version of the Customize Client Installer tool included in the Web Manager PlugIn and in the console application RBS Manager. It contains some features that are not available in the other tools, like free code signing, free SMTP email service, and free hosting for your client updates.

    Your Portal account stores copies of all of your client customizations and branding in the Cloud. You can build as many versions of your installers as you like, and each will be stored in the cloud and assigned a download link that you can distribute.

    Download Installers

    When you build your installers they are stored here. You can download them, delete them, email links, and add/edit comments. Whenever you build installers the Portal automatically builds a universal upgrader called clupgrade.exe. You can use this to update your Client software for your end users.

    Downloads

    The Downloads section is a searchable library of downloadable files commonly used for integration, tech support, marketing, or branding.

    Software Updates

    Use this section to download the latest version of RBackup and its PlugIns. This replaces the Software Update section of the main website.

    Support

    Use this section to view and access technical support resources.

    Change Password

    Use this section to change your password for the Partner's Portal.

    Web Files

    This is a place to save files and pictures that you want to make available through the Web or in your email notifications. For example, you can upload your company logo here, and include a link to it in your Email Notifications so your logo shows up in your Notification emails to your clients. Each image you upload is given a unique URL that you can view by clicking the "Download" button in the Actions column.

    Use standard HTML tags to reference the files you upload here. To include an image, upload your image to Web Files. Then you can include your image in web pages and email notifications by referencing it with the image tag like this:
